If you are passionate about the world of luxury, this is your opportunity to work with us as a Salon Development Partner for the northern region of Spain.
This position is responsible for driving sales, brand loyalty, and recognition through the development of new salons and existing salons across all channels within the established territory (North zone: Galicia, Asturias, Basque Country, and Navarre).
What do we expect from you?
* Achieve sales targets by retaining and growing existing salons and acquiring new ones, involving professionals in direct sales of the Aveda brand.
* Actively involve service providers (stylists/colorists) to adopt Aveda stories and recommend Aveda products to boost salon sales and through professional influencer platforms.
* Drive new business activities and open new accounts across all channels within the territory. Develop and maintain a solid portfolio of new salons, proactively plan for risks.
* Advise, motivate, and promote salon teams to meet brand KPIs and organize consumer events to boost sales.
* Deliver presentations to salon teams and conduct activities to incentivize product sales.
* Sell new launches with a direct sales strategy accompanying them.
* Promote Aveda coloring and professional hair/spa treatments to increase Aveda services in beauty salons.
* Organize training events to boost brand engagement, elevate professional service levels, and achieve sales targets.
* Identify talents in salons to join Aveda Ambassadors teams, who could be part of the brand training team.
* Other functions as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Ability to advise beauty salons on executing strategies that drive sales results through multiple channels.
* Entrepreneurial profile with a commercial mindset and capacity to prospect, negotiate, and open new clients for regional development.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Strong financial acumen, including the ability to understand financial and sales reports.
* Solid presentation skills, including presenting to large audiences.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with decision-making capacity as if the business were your own.
* Quick adaptability to meet business demands.
* Proven ability to work in a self-directed role.
* Ability to work flexible hours as required, including nights.
* Driving license is mandatory.
