What You Can Expect:
Executive Support & Coordination
* Manage a complex calendar, organize business travel, and coordinate high-priority internal and external meetings.
* Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes and follow-up actions for strategic meetings.
* Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Leadership Communication
* Facilitate communications between the CEO, senior leaders, and key internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft high-quality communication materials: presentations, emails, reports and executive summaries.
Strategic Administrative Support
* Support business planning cycles, tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with key milestones.
* Drive the preparation and coordination of internal leadership meetings, events, and workshops.
Project & Data Coordination
* Support selected strategic initiatives and ensure progress tracking and reporting against business priorities.
* Conduct research and compile data for decision-making, presentations, and business intelligence.
Relationship Management
* Build strong cross-functional relationships across Europe and with the global network.
* Handle VIP and customer engagements with strong service orientation and cultural awareness.
What You Bring:
* Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally in an international matrix organization.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional European languages are an advantage.
* High level of confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
* Hands-on mentality, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
