**About the Role**
- Ensure the Enflex & Retrofit business objectives achievement.
- Responsible for the whole end-to-end process from customer order to order shipment.
- Responsible for continuous improvement implementation within the Enflex & Retrofit value streams.
- Manage the resources and equipment necessary to ensure the correct technical execution of the machines and retrofits assigned to the VS**.**:
- Ensure targets achievement of integral KPI. Most important are lead-time, on time delivery, quality, gross margin, productivity, and Inventory.
- Supervise the definition, maintenance and updating of the assembly processes, guaranteeing the realization of the necessary documentation for the implementation of the same.
- Is responsible for the proper functioning of the Volpak and Retrofits VS, ensuring compliance with the criteria established about productivity, quality, occupational safety and 5S in the workplace.
- Ensure a collaborative and transversal environment specially with sales area in the right development of S&OP; processes.
- Ensure Lean Transformation successful implementation and guarantee continuous improvement activities.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Engineering Degree.
- Positive attitude and good leadership skills.
- Enflex business global understanding.
- Retrofits & Machines understanding.
- Lean basics and continuous improvement knowledge and problem solving.
- English and LSS background.
- Leadership, customer orientation mindset, target oriented employee.
