Key Accountabilities: What You Will Deliver
* PPC Campaign Development: Onboard a dedicated portfolio of new customers and design, implement, and manage high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns that deliver demonstrable results.
* Proactive Client Outreach: Initiate outbound engagement, making proactive calls to introduce services, thoroughly understand client objectives, and offer customized, relevant digital advertising solutions.
* Strategic Setup: Ensure campaigns are set up strategically and are results-driven, achieving both immediate impact and contributing to the client’s long-term success.
* Revenue Generation: Take ownership of increasing client advertising expenditure and actively identifying and converting upselling opportunities within your customer base.
* Database Integrity: Accurately create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database, ensuring complete and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
* High-Volume Management: Successfully manage a high daily volume of client and prospect interactions primarily through phone communication, maintaining quality and efficiency.
Candidate Profile: What You Must Bring
* Language Fluency: Native-level or C2 fluency in Dutch is required, paired with C2 fluency in English.
* Professional Background: A minimum of two years of experience in either sales and/or marketing, with significant prior experience in high-pressure, client-facing roles.
* Educational Foundation: Must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) degree; a Master's degree (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred.
* System Expertise: Strong, demonstrable experience in managing and improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Technological Adaptability: Proven track record of integrating AI tools into the daily workflow and leveraging the resulting insights to personalize and enhance outreach strategies.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly and persuasively articulating complex ideas to diverse groups of stakeholders.
