Our client, a leader in the promotional products sector, is looking for an HR Specialist to manage the complete talent lifecycle in our facilities in Spain.This is a key role for those who enjoy versatility: from compensation strategy to on-site management in logistical and industrial environments.Your Main Challenges: 360o Management:Onboarding/offboarding, performance evaluations, and competency models. Labor Relations & OHS (Occupational Health and Safety):Guaranteeing compliance with the Workers' Statute (ET), collective agreements, and health and safety regulations. Operations & Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT):Coordinating temporary hiring, registrations/deregistrations, and the relationship with external providers. Culture & Development:Designing training plans (FUNDAE management), climate surveys, and Employer Branding strategies. Reporting & Data:Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for absenteeism, turnover, and personnel costs. What we are looking for in you: Education:Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), or similar. Experience:+3 years in generalist positions, preferably in industrial or logistics sectors. Languages:English level B2.2 - C1 (interaction in an international environment). Hard Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Office, payroll/HR systems, and time control platforms. Soft Skills:High organizational capacity, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the company.
