Job Responsibilities:
1. Set the overall sales strategy and ensure product launch readiness; manage quarterly and long-term business planning.
2. Responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines; drive decisions for the product portfolio to define market opportunities and develop product launch and lifecycle strategies; combining strategy, planning, P&L support, and day-to-day execution.
3. Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis; analyze data to guide business planning and promotional strategies; run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to develop forecasts for program costs.
4. Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, product sell-in/sell-out/sell-through, and execution; manage partnerships with distributors and channels.
5. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain teams to develop local business strategies.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in Chinese (must) and Spanish (must); English is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in GTM or Sales in the electronics industry (audio products, smartphone accessories, smart home products) in Spain; strong interest in product planning, business development, data analysis, and market insights.
* Familiar with Spanish local retail and online businesses (ECI, MM, Fnac, Carrefour, Orange, PCC, buying groups, etc.); experience in the Spanish local market is essential.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong communication skills; down-to-earth attitude.
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
