The Mission (should youchoose to accept it)✅ Own end-to-end hiring for Operation roles roles✅ Design and run results-driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding playbooks at scale✅ Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers (up to COO/C-Level) as a trusted advisor✅ Level up process & tooling : ATS hygiene, dashboards, candidate experience, interview training, best practices✅ Build proactive pipelines & talent communities and act as a strong employer brand ambassador⚙️ What We’re Looking For✅ 5+ years recruiting business/operations roles in high-growth environments✅ Proven track record building hiring strategies and closing critical GTM/sales roles across EMEA✅ Stakeholder management: you influence, advise, and challenge at senior levels✅ Deep sourcing chops: Linked In Recruiter, Cord, communities, creative outreach & mapping✅ Process-oriented: ATS experience ( ideally Greenhouse or similar), clean data, compliance & SLAs✅ Languages: Fluent English required;
