We’re seeking a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Agent to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within Engel & Völkers Marbella Developments.
This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments.
* Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation.
* Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects.
* Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed.
* Provide weekly activity and performance reports.
* Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times.
* Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales.
* Solid understanding of collaboration sales and project representation.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organized and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiar with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead tracking.
* Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support project visibility.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
