What you’ll do (scope varies by level)
- Design, configure, and deliver SAP PP solutions within S/4HANA programmes
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end production planning and manufacturing processes
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, QM, SD, WM/EWM)
- Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Engage with international stakeholders and client leadership
- (Manager & Senior Manager) Lead workstreams, manage teams, and contribute to delivery governance and client relationships

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience in SAP PP (scope and leadership expectations aligned with level)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects or ECC with S/4 readiness
- Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work in international, multicultural project environments
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Consulting mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills
Nice to have
- Experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
- Knowledge of SAP PP/DS, APO, or advanced planning scenarios
- SAP certifications
- Prior experience in large transformation programmes
