The Corporate Marketing & Communications department is a strategic function with the mission to strengthen brand preference and sustainably drive global and regional revenue growth. As Manager Marketing & Communications HUB EMEA South, you will be responsible for translating PALFINGER's integral brand and marketing communication strategy into impactful regional initiatives, with a focus on the South European and Middle-Еastern market. In this role, you lead the development and execution of local marketing and communication plans, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing the specific needs of your markets. You will drive creative campaigns, support dealer and partner networks, and lead a regional team of marketing professionals.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Develop and implement regional marketing and communication strategies based on the global brand framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and local market needs (focus on South Europe and Middle East)
Create and execute integrated campaigns and creative concepts across digital, print, social media, and events to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
Lead and mentor the regional marketing team, fostering a collaborative, agile, and change-oriented culture while ensuring high-quality execution of strategic and tactical initiatives
Ensure governance and consistency in campaign implementation across the region, acting as a key interface between global strategy and local execution
Serve as the first point of contact for regional dealers and partners, supporting them in the activation of marketing and communication initiatives
Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies, leading teams, and managing regional campaigns
Strong expertise in campaign planning, content creation, project management, and the use of digital marketing tools and platforms;
experience in leading and developing marketing teams
Strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to drive collaboration and inspire change, and strong market and cultural awareness of the region
Fluent in English;
