Experteer Overview In this role you lead and optimize helicopter flight test campaigns, coordinating with Flight Line, production, and SDR to ensure compliant, on-time test execution. You manage test planning, documentation, and dispatch, and oversee safety-critical checks and KPI-driven reporting. You will develop industrial flight test programs aligned with crew availability and the industrial plan, resolving open points and discrepancies. prepare readiness for test execution with stakeholders - Lead coordination with Flight Line and act as focal point of Flight Test Department - Develop industrial flight test program and update per crew availability and industrial plan - Manage helicopter status, e-logbook, open points and discrepancies - Prepare briefings for flight test crew and address open points for testing - Coordinate with flight line, projects, and SDR to resolve discrepancies - Coordinate serial helicopter configuration with Flight test Crew and production line - Lead the flight test team on charge of performing VEP - Perform necessary ground tests (radios, VFDR, IBITs …) - Coordinate with Data Analysis to resolve open discrepancies - Provide technical support to SDR and projects - Develop, update and control industrial flight protocols - Prepare industrial flight reports in line with KPIs - Coordinate with program during customer acceptance and with customer crew to finalize acceptance flight reports - Manage, update and follow up helicopter directivesResponsabilidades - Requisitos principales -
