P Looking for a dynamic and experienced TECHNICAL EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER to join our Super SmartWorks Team in Málaga. /p p The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical production solutions for a wide range of corporate events, from executive meetings and product launches to large-scale international conferences. This role requires strong technical production knowledge, supplier management skills, and the ability to ensure flawless event execution from concept to delivery. /p p We need someone to be in charge of: /p p✅ Manage all technical production aspects of event delivery, including audiovisuals, sound, lighting, video, LED screens, live streaming, staging, interpretation systems, power requirements, and venue technical infrastructure. /p p✅ Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with technical production suppliers and partners worldwide, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence. /p p✅ Prepare and manage technical production budgets, quotations, technical proposals, and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. /p p✅ Coordinate technical requirements with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution. /p p✅ Review floorplans, technical drawings, production schedules, and run-of-show documents to ensure all technical requirements are properly implemented. /p p✅ Lead onsite technical production operations, including setup, rehearsals, live event delivery, troubleshooting, and dismantling. /p p✅ Provide real-time problem solving and decision-making during events, ensuring the highest standards of production quality. /p p✅ Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and project teams throughout the entire event lifecycle. /p p✅ Prepare post-event reports, supplier evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements. /p p Qualifications: /p p✅ Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in technical event production, audiovisual production, event operations, or production management within an agency, production company, or corporate events environment. /p p✅ Strong understanding of event production technologies including sound, lighting, video, LED, hybrid events, live streaming, conference technology, and venue technical operations. /p p✅ Experience managing technical suppliers, production crews, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. /p p✅ Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. /p p✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines. /p p✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. /p p✅ Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to collective success. /p p✅ Fluent in English (essential). /p p✅ Spanish is highly valued. /p p✅ Willing to travel. /p p IMMEDIATE START – FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN OUR MÁLAGA OFFICE. /p
