BB Trends, a leading company in the home appliances sector is looking to hire an Ecommerce Account Manager for the Czech and Slovak markets.

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of the online channel by increasing sales, profitability and customer expansion.

Responsibilities
\n
- Account management and development for Alza, Datart (HP Tronic) and Allegro: Support the management and optimization of key marketplace accounts to ensure maximum performance and sustainable growth.
- Performance analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and detect improvement areas and new business opportunities.
- Pricing strategies: Assist in implementing competitive pricing, margin strategies and product campaigns across marketplaces.
- Marketplace relationship management: Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace partners to resolve issues, streamline processes, and maintain strong commercial relationships.
- Listing optimization: Support the creation and enhancement of product descriptions, titles, images and keywords to improve visibility, conversion and search ranking.
- Competitor monitoring: Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ strategies to propose actions that strengthen brand positioning.
- Sell‑out, margin and stock rotation control: Ensure continuous analysis of commercial performance by category and customer to achieve efficient and profitable account management.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, KPIs and key results.
Requirements \n
- Previous experience in ecommerce within the Czech and Slovak markets.
- Experience in buyer negotiation, sales management and P&L; ownership.
- Knowledge of the mentioned marketplaces and ecommerce analytics tools.
- Languages: fluent Czech and English; Spanish is a plus.

Working arrangements \n
- On-site work at our head office in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (alternating); intensive Friday from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.
