The Role
We are seeking an Account Manager for the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your main responsibilities will include acting as a consultant for existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong client relationships and understand their needs through regular video calls, providing updates and engagement.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients' needs and goals related to their experience.
* Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value to their business.
* Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans for each client.
* Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
* Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking and excellent organizational skills.
* Be comfortable with technology and data analysis.
* Minimum of 1 year experience managing B2B customer portfolios; SaaS experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and empathy.
* Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work effectively in a team.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to suggest new ideas.
* Experience handling churn cases and upselling.
* Experience working with KPIs.
* Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
