CRM and Data Manager (Barcelona/Athens/Zagreb)

About the Role:

The job position can be located in Barcelona (Spain) ou in Zagreb (Croatia) or in Athens (Greece)

Dream Yacht Charter and Navigare Yachting are two of the world’s leading global yacht ownership and charter companies, operating across all major sailing destinations worldwide. As part of our ongoing digital transformation and growth strategy, we are strengthening our Marketing and Communications organization with a key role focused on CRM excellence, data quality, and performance driven insights.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CRM and Data Manager to maximize the value of our recently deployed CRM platform, HubSpot, across both the Yacht Sales division and the Charter Holidays division.

This role is central to KPI reporting, utilizing automation to improve conversion rates, increasing customer retention and repetition, and enabling data driven decision making. The CRM and Data Manager will act as a functional expert for HubSpot, a guardian of data quality and digital tracking, and a key bridge between Marketing, Sales, IT, and external CRM specialists.

Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy and Optimization
* Own and continuously improve the usage of HubSpot across Yacht Sales and Charter Holidays
* Refine and enforce CRM practices for sales teams and marketing teams to improve lead qualification, follow up, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle management
* Drive CRM initiatives aimed at increasing engagement to drive repeat business and reactivation of past clients
* Support sales teams in adopting CRM best practices, pipeline management, marketing automation, and KPI reporting
Data Collection, Tracking, and Analysis
* Ensure all digital tracking is properly implemented and maintained across websites, campaigns, and digital tools
* Manage and optimize tracking through tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and related tag management solutions
* Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data flowing into HubSpot and connected analytics platforms
* Perform data mining and customer profiling exercises to better understand user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle patterns
* Analyze granular datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
Reporting and Dashboarding
* Produce regular performance reporting including weekly reports and executive summaries
* Design, build, and maintain visual dashboards using HubSpot reporting dashboards, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
* Monitor and report on key KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer value
* Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, reliable, and aligned with business objectives
CRM Project Management and Coordination
* Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams and external CRM specialized agencies
* Coordinate and oversee CRM related IT projects, enhancements, and integrations
* Translate business needs into functional CRM, tracking, and data requirements
* Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adoption of CRM related developments Requirements and Qualifications:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar CRM and data focused role
o Strong technical and functional expertise in HubSpot, with deep understanding of both marketing and sales functionalities
o At least 5 years of hands on experience using HubSpot in a professional environment
o Proven experience with Google Analytics (GA4), digital tracking, and CRM data integrations
o Strong experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization and reporting tools
o Ability to analyze granular data and extract strategic, business relevant conclusions
o Strong ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations for senior management
o Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills
o Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external partners
Must Have
o 5+ years of experience in a CRM or data-focused role
o Strong expertise in HubSpot (Marketing & Sales hubs)
o Proven experience with GA4, digital tracking, and CRM integrations
o Solid experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
o Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
