Let's get in touch.What you'll be doing- Partnering and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to address under-performance and raise the talent bar- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused solutions in relation to talent management and business objectives- Supporting an environment of succession and growth- Working closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development, including succession planning, career paths, and DEI initiatives- Working with the wider HR and shared service teams- Developing positive working relationships across the businessWhat you'll need- A bachelor's or master's degree- Solid experience in HR and/or continuous improvement in a people function, ideally in a fast-paced company- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talent- Fluency in EnglishNice to have- Experience in a start-up and/or the tech industry- Generalist HR experience, including an understanding of the employee life-cycle, benefits, policies, etc.- Fluency in another European language
