PbRole Objective /b /ppThe Service Technician Large Scale (living in South of Spain) is responsible for performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. The role provides remote support to customers and service providers to resolve technical issues, establishes and maintains proper business relationships, and carries out necessary administrative duties. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide remote support to customers and service providers via the service line and Online Service Center, with expert knowledge of SMA Large Scale products and services. /liliCollaborate internally with service and sales colleagues to ensure smooth operation and support. /liliPerform second-level on-site services for commissioning, maintenance, or repair of SMA Large Scale products. /liliMaintain and control personal spare part stock, company car, and tools. /liliDeliver training to customers on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMA Large Scale products. /liliConduct second-level detailed error and event analysis, acting as a SMA Senior Expert. /liliProperly escalate technical issues to RD when required. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pullibEducation Training /b /liliDegree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar. /liliKnowledge of Industrial Communications (Modbus, RS485, etc.). /liliKnowledge of solar technology and electrical grid management. /liliRelevant work experience in a similar role. /lilibProfessional Experience /b /liliMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience. /lilibSkills Competencies /b /liliHigh communication skills with strong customer orientation. /liliTeam player attitude, including when working remotely. /liliMulti-tasking and problem-solving abilities. /liliStrong follow-through, time management, and planning skills. /liliProficiency with IT tools (Office, Salesforce, SAP, etc.). /liliAvailability to travel up to 50% of the time. /lilibEnglish language proficiency: B2 level. /b /li /ul
