The business specialises in the design and manufacture of advanced power management, power conversion, and energy storage technologies used across a range of industrial and mobile equipment applications worldwide.Their solutions support the transition toward more efficient, electrified and energy-optimised systems, enabling OEM manufacturers and industrial operators to improve performance, reliability and sustainability across their equipment.As part of their continued growth across Europe, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development, build strategic relationships, and expand their presence across key European markets.Working closely with the Global Director of Sales, this role will focus on developing new OEM partnerships while building strong relationships with customers across specialist equipment and industrial technology sectors.The position is fully remote within Europe, with regular travel required across the region and internationally to support sales initiatives, customer engagement, and market development.The Opportunity This is a high-impact commercial role focused on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth across Europe. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term partnerships with customers operating in sectors where power electronics, energy storage, and electrification technologies are critical.The successful candidate will combine technical understanding, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills to deliver sustainable growth across the region.Key Responsibilities Drive new business development across Europe, identifying and engaging prospective customers and OEM partners.Achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and profitability targets through effective sales strategy and market expansion.Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintaining accurate opportunity tracking within CRM systems.Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships across key industrial sectors.Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customer solutions and support product launches.Identify high-value opportunities to expand the company's footprint within the European market.Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings, and international travel engagements.Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and market insights to the global leadership team.What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience within a technical or manufacturing environment.Experience selling into OEMs or industrial equipment manufacturers, ideally within electrification, power electronics, energy storage, or related technology sectors.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth.Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to understand and communicate technical power and electronic system solutions to customers.Fluency in English and at least one European language such as German or Dutch.Willingness to travel internationally as required.
