About the role:
The aim of the role is to control and manage the subscription payments and services.
Operational Responsibilities:
1. Timely processing payment requests in the ticketing system;
2. Ensure that the payment process is in line with the internal policy;
3. Proceed with all the payments on a regular basis;
4. Maintain the subscriptions database up to date;
5. Regular communication with subscription users including quarterly audits of subscriptions;
6. Communication with all the CPs, making reconciliations when needed;
7. Timely collection of subscription receipts and invoices for bookkeeping purposes;
8. Making entries into the financial software;
9. Bank reconciliation in accounts linked to credit/debit cards;
10. Control over credit cards, maintain the necessary balance, and monitor and manage expiry dates;
11. Participation in quarterly subscription process retros, propose improvement ideas, and raise current blockers and problems within the processes;
12. Monthly analysis of actual costs together with the Procurement department.
Required Hard Skills:
1. At least 1-1.5 years of experience in Treasury operations: Subscriptions specialist, Payables specialist, or similar role;
2. Languages: fluency in English (oral and written); Russian would be an advantage.
Required Soft Skills:
1. Problem solving: ability to analyze and solve difficult/unusual cases;
2. Communication skills: ability to communicate in a clear, understandable, and timely manner;
3. Time management and multitasking skills: within the limited timing organizes work effectively, able to set up the priorities;

6. Team player: be able to establish good relationships within the team; be focused on team goals.
Full work permit for 40h/week is a must-have.
