We’re looking for two **CI Leads** to spearhead our journey toward world-class operational excellence. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our business by embedding Lean principles, aligning strategy with execution, and building a culture of continuous improvement in our European sites. As one of our two CI Leads, you’ll drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
**Your Mission**
- Lead tactical CI initiatives across multiple sites within our Europe region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Implement and sustain Lean tools like visual management, daily tiered accountability, and Kaizen activities.
- Coach and inspire teams to identify and eliminate waste, solve problems at the root, and take ownership of performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CI efforts are embedded in daily operations and deliver measurable results.
**Your Impact**
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high operational standards.
- Establish and maintain CI systems that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress and ensure sustainability.
- Foster a mindset of continuous learning and improvement across all levels.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience leading Lean, CI, or OpEx initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a hands-on, Gemba-first mindset.
- Ability to influence and manage change across diverse teams and cultures.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) to our manufacturing sites spread throughout Europe.
- Experience in multi-site, multi-country environments.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the region.
