Main Tasks:
* Research and analyze information to understand the technicalities, context, and specific requirements for each project.
* Develop proposal offers for tenders and framework contracts from international donors such as EU, EIB, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, GIZ, and others, ensuring accuracy, clarity, readability, and consistency.
* Coordinate with consortium partners and associates during the tender preparation process.
* Provide quality control and constructive feedback on proposals developed by team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Backstop and perform quality control on reports developed by experts across various projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A Master's degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Economics, Business Administration) or a technical background as an engineer with economic understanding.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in writing proposals for international donors such as EU, EIB, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, GIZ, etc.
* Full professional proficiency in English and French; exceptional writing skills.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
* Ability to understand complex documentation and transform large materials into specific written components and figures.
* Quick learner with critical thinking skills and sound judgment for independent decision-making.
* Excellent teamworking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Organized, structured, and capable of working under pressure.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge in sectors like transport, infrastructure, environment, energy, migration, healthcare, or promotion is advantageous but not mandatory.
Language Requirements:
* Fluency in English (C1 level) and French (C1 level).
* Spanish fluency is a strong asset.
