Job Title: Senior Project Manager (R&D;)Barcelona, Spain – Hybrid Job Description This position will work closely with the Program franchise Head(s) and cross-functional project team members to establish and maintain project plans and budgets, organize and lead project team meetings, foster communication and coordinate between functional groups and it is accountable for the operational efforts both internally and externally to drive the execution of the project plans. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the effective coordination and facilitation of cross-functional team meetings from a project management perspective. Develop and manage global, integrated cross-functional plans needed to achieve the defined objectives of projects by: Coordinating project level budget/resource forecasting and manage project procurement activities Monitoring progress and adherence to timelines Identifying project risk and issues and facilitating resolutionCollaborate with the team to create, organize, and maintain plans and timelines for project objectives Execute R&D; project/portfolio management processes for prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. Proactively identify constraints, risks, and conflicts that could impact the project schedule and work with team members and management to develop appropriate solutions. contribute to achieving partnership contract deliverables. Minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a drug development Project Management role either supporting a development function (e.G. research, Clinical Operations or Regulatory Affairs) or Medical Affairs or Clinical Development Project sub-teams. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills. Demonstrates creativity and foresight in anticipating and solving complex project issues. Hands-on expertise with project management tools (E.G Planisware, MS Teams, MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerBI etc.)Good understanding of financial and resource planning. Fluent English.
