Supermicro is now looking for 2 experienced, successful and proven Enterprise Sales Managers in Spain to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government & enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal. The candidate should possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal candidate must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment
2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
3. Strong team player
4. Prior experience selling technology into manufactures, corporate or public/governmental customers
5. Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
6. Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
7. Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture
9. Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry • Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience • Preferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clients • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies • Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers • Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management • Experience entering, tracking and reporting data on lead activity • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge • Multi-task and time management skills are a must • Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plus • Self-admin skills are a must
Salary Range
Base salary $70-80K
