A father spends 95% of his time with his children before they turn 18. After that, they're gone — building their own lives, their own families. Those early years fly by, and most fathers wake up one day realizing they didn't capture enough of those moments.
ROMIMI was born from this truth. We create premium matching outfits for fathers and sons — not just clothes, but tools to create intentional moments worth remembering. When a father and son step out dressed alike, something shifts. People notice. Photos get taken. Memories get made.

The Opportunity
We're a Barcelona-based brand with a growing community of fathers across the UK, US, and Europe. We're early stage, building the foundations right — and email is one of our most important channels.
We also run a marketing agency (Monbusiness/Flexito), which means there's an additional opportunity to drive revenue through B2B outreach.
We need someone who can own the full email stack — from e-commerce lifecycle to cold outreach. Someone who's both strategic and hands-on.
Your Mission
You'll own everything email across our brands:
E-commerce (ROMIMI — Klaviyo)
Build and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
Plan and execute campaigns aligned with our promo calendar
Segment our audience and personalize messaging
Design emails that match our premium brand (not just write copy)
Track performance and continuously improve
Lead Generation (Agency — Instantly)
Set up and manage cold email campaigns for B2B outreach
Write sequences that convert
Manage lead lists and deliverability
Report on pipeline and results
Process & Organization
Build and document SOPs for all email operations
Maintain a clear calendar of campaigns and promos
Coordinate with the founder and marketing team
Who You Are
You've done this before. You've managed Klaviyo (or similar) for an e-commerce brand. You understand flows, segmentation, deliverability. Bonus if you've also done cold outreach.
Experience & Skills
2-4 years in email marketing / CRM, ideally in e-commerce
Strong Klaviyo experience (or Mailchimp, Omnisend — but Klaviyo preferred)
Able to design emails, not just write them (Figma, Canva, or Klaviyo builder)
Understanding of cold email tools (Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) is a plus
Fluent English. French appreciated. xqysrnh
Data-driven — you track open rates, click rates, revenue per email

What We Offer
Salary: €3,000-4,000/month depending on experience + performance bonus
Location: Barcelona (on-site preferred, hybrid possible)
Ownership of the full CRM/email function
