Experteer OverviewIn this role you ensure the reliable functioning and correct usage of our Sales Systems, from CRM to CI and scheduling tools. You will audit workflows, define usage standards, and teach best practices across sales teams. You'll analyze data deviations, drive QA improvements, and partner with enablement to refine playbooks. Your work helps reduce system issues, accelerates ramp-up, and improves data quality in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Audit SDR & AE workflows to ensure adherence to playbooks and lead/deal handling rules
- Define and monitor correct usage of prospecting and CRM tools;
flag inconsistencies
- Analyze trends in deviations and provide actionable insights to Sales Managers and SOPs team
- Identify and escalate data issues including duplicates, missing fields, invalid contacts, and incorrect lead dispositions
- Resolve system-related requests from sales teams
- Identify patterns in requests and address root causes
- Ensure onboarding of new joiners to Sales systems (access management)
- Create and maintain documentation on tool usage
- Partner with enablement to refine training and playbooks based on QA findings
Responsabilidades
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, Client Acquisition, or Quality roles
- SaaS background strongly preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Love for systems with attention to detail
- Coaching and ability to give constructive feedback
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment
