✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a PMO environment.
* Professional background in cybersecurity projects is a strong advantage (understanding of threats, compliance, risk assessments, audits, or penetration testing).
* Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in project tracking, documentation, and delivery management .
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
* Proven experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders .
* Fluent Spanish – working language in the local environment.
* Fluent English – required for international collaboration.
* Fluent Russian – mandatory for communication with Russian-speaking teams and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work autonomously while maintaining team alignment.
* Technical understanding (no hard coding skills required, but ability to grasp technical topics in IT or cybersecurity).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities and project follow-up across international teams.
* Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and the group leadership .
* Facilitate communication across departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment .
* Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery coordination .
* Contribute to PMO-like activities, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, and action item tracking.
* Help implement efficient project governance and best practices across teams.
* Stay current with industry trends in project management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation .
