Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Spain.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
* Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services.
* Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
* Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, detailing progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
* Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Spain, including key players, trends, and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
