A few examples of your responsibilities
Organize and take charge of company-wide events and team-building activities (from brainstorming through logistics and on-site inspections).
Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including events for Spooners and their families.
Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring smooth operations for both on-site and remote Spooners.
Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and onboarding.

The selection process If you pass screening, you’ll take a series of tests to assess your approach to unfamiliar problems. If successful, you’ll proceed to interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate.
