WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Proven experience managing digital measurement systems and driving their functional evolution
- Expertise in digital tracking across web and mobile applications, including assessing the technical and analytical impact of new initiatives
- Solid background in defining, calculating, and optimizing KPIs and complex analytical models
- Stakeholder management experience acting as the primary liaison with corporate teams to implement standards and ensure alignment
- Strategic mindset focused on ensuring data traceability, guiding decision-making, and prioritizing functional changes
- Location: Must be open to hybrid work, requiring 1 or 2 days per week onsite in Tordera.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead Measurement Strategy: Manage the proprietary digital measurement system and drive its continuous functional evolution
- Corporate Alignment: Act as the main point of contact with corporate teams to land standards and ensure absolute traceability in business decisions
- Prioritize Initiatives: Evaluate, coordinate, and prioritize functional changes and new implementations within the digital analytics roadmap
- Assess Tracking Impact: Analyze how new business initiatives affect the implementation of tracking across both web and app platforms
- Define Analytics Models: Lead the definition, calculation, and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and advanced analytical models
- Ensure Data Traceability: Guarantee that all data tracking and measurement decisions maintain strict accuracy and compliance with corporate standards
