We're looking for someone who can run paid campaigns that actually convert.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹:
→ 17h/week, €1,000/month, fully remote
→ You own paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok end to end
→ You set up tracking, test creatives, scale winners, kill losers
→ You work directly with the founders and our content creator
→ Salary progresses fast if you hit your goals. Commission if you deliver.
→ Clear path to full time with equity after graduation
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
→ Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master (Only 6 months left to graduate = Bonus)
→ Werkstudent eligible
→ Fluent in German and English
→ Hands on experience running paid ads with real results
→ You actually use AI in your daily work
