What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive Growth: Take ownership of selected customers in the DACH market and help them grow through stronger relationships, better follow-up, and more structured account development.
* Be the Customer’s Main Commercial Contact: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and that they continue to grow with Foneday over time.
* Develop Accounts: Focus on repeat business, customer retention, growth in monthly revenue, and identifying new upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
* Create More Value from Existing Business: Work on customers with real potential and help move them toward higher monthly spend and stronger long‑term partnerships.
