Experteer Overview As a Digital Transformation & Business Consultant, you help clients translate complex challenges into strategic digital and data solutions and build lasting relationships. In Spain, you’ll split time between delivering consultancy on customer projects and shaping new Digital & Data initiatives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable transformation and growth, engaging with C-level stakeholders to align technology with business goals. - Assess clients' digital and data maturity and define transformation roadmaps
- Translate business challenges into actionable digital solutions from concept to delivery
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders
- Apply Business Process Modeling, Requirements Analysis and Data Modeling
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, designers and other consultants to co-create solutions
- Manage workstreams and modules with focus on timely delivery, quality and value
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships as trusted advisor
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customers
- Lead portfolio in the Spanish market and execute commercial plansResponsabilidades
- 4–8 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or related roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with cloud, AI, automation, advanced analytics, CX platforms, and agile delivery
- Proven success in consultative sales or complex commercial processes
