As a CAM Programmer, you will play a key role in translating complex designs into highly optimized machining processes. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Machinists, Quality Engineers, and R&D; teams to bring high-precision parts from prototype to production.
As CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC machining programs for complex precision parts and assemblies. You will work on both prototype and production projects, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and process efficiency throughout the entire machining process. quality verification, Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining operations Work with advanced CAD/CAM software to translate engineering designs into manufacturable processes Support prototype manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods to maximize quality and efficiency Collaborate closely with CNC operators, engineers, and quality teams Assist in quality control activities including CMM verification and dimensional analysis
