In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in departments such as People for 12 months, gaining exposure to Compensation & Benefits and International Payroll in a global environment.
What will your role be?
As part of the Compensation, Benefits & International Payroll team, you will support the management of personnel costs and integral payroll operations by analyzing key data, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to efficient HR processes across different countries.
- Budgeting and control:
Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual personnel budget in coordination with Finance and business areas, tracking deviations and supporting cost control across markets.
- Compensation and benefits analysis:
Support the analysis of fixed and variable compensation, helping to build scenarios and proposals that ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness across different countries.
- International payroll support:
Collaborate in the coordination of payroll processes in multiple countries, reviewing data, supporting vendors, and helping to resolve incidences while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Reporting:
Prepare and maintain reports with key HR, compensation and payroll indicators, providing visibility to the team and supporting decision-making.
