Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to take the next step in your HR career? At CACESA, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Recruitment & HR Administration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, and candidate communication.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support efficient hiring processes.
* Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
* Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
* Support general HR administration tasks, including document management, reporting, and coordination with external providers.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken).
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.
