The Engineering TeamThe engineering team builds the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that provide first‐class service to members, health professionals, and our own teams. We use Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL.

We Are Looking For Engineers With
3+ years of experience.
Ability to tackle high‐impact & high‐risk projects involving many engineers.
Designing efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.
Opportunity to mentor engineers and lead crews.
Opportunity to contribute to hiring and shaping candidates' experience.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Well‐versed in Object‐Oriented Programming (Python, Java, C#, etc.) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript.
Willing to work in Python/JavaScript.
Passionate about building products.
Self‐starting, entrepreneurial, humble, and eager to grow.
Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
Fluent in English.
