Logistics / Material Management being responsible for all operational matters related to projects during the preparation and execution of both standard transport (minor components/direct supplies) and abnormal transport (main/major components), from the port of destination (including port operations) to the site, as well as the return of applicable items (such as tooling and containers). In addition this resource have to ensures timely and efficient transportation during projects, actively participates in tender processes, coordinates stakeholders and schedules, manages costs, and guarantees safety.

Transport Oversight: Responsible for the transportation of wind turbine components to construction sites for all assigned projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget compliance, and damage‑free delivery Logistics Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and control logistics operations for wind turbines from supply points to construction sites Manage transport activities in collaboration with internal and external production facilities, construction sites, contracted transport providers, and other relevant stakeholders, following internal instructions and procedures Logistics Sourcing Support: Assist in sourcing logistics services in the destination country, including port operations at the port of entry and final transport to construction sites Risk Management: Identify, track, and report transport‑related risks Quality Assurance: Investigate and resolve quality issues related to project‑specific transports Support QHSE and quality audits, including alignment on tooling issues Budget Preparation: Assist in creating project budgets during the tendering phase, including road surveys, logistics costs, and road work costs Transport Management: Ensure safe, timely, and damage‑free transport of wind turbine components shipowners, port operators, transporters), production sites, general logistics, and project teams to coordinate schedules Supplier Management: Oversee subcontracted logistics operations, including port activities and final deliveries Road Survey Assessment: Evaluate road surveys to ensure feasibility and safety, including management of road modifications Anticipate and manage logistics risks, including capacity issues, transport permits, road modifications, potential delays, and adherence to Nordex standards Update budgets with the latest forecasts, optimize costs, and proactively identify risks and opportunities Domestic Transport Sourcing: Prepare the Scope of Supply for domestic transport sourcing and provide feedback on supplier performance Provide timely reports and feedback on transport and customs activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders Problem‑Solving: Investigate and support the resolution of delivery and transport quality issues Team Leadership: Manage the team under your responsibility, building a high‑performing logistics team that achieves operational excellence in line with departmental and company objectives Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics and oversized transport (including Supply Chain, Ports, international heavy transport, and warehouse management), with familiarity with local regulations for normal and abnormal transport in relevant countries Experience in commercial management and developing Logistics Frame Agreements Experience managing off‑site road modifications for abnormal load deliveries, including coordination with road authorities and contractors (preferred) Proven ability to identify and develop suppliers in new regions, ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality Strong project management knowledge High English Level Hybrid model Working in accordance with the company^s internal policy.
