TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Spain team.

* The ability to articulate sophisticated messaging around our solutions, analytics, industry trends, and TransUnion's value proposition
* The embodiment of trust while managing complex relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers
* The enthusiasm to successfully navigate a matrixed environment; facilitating teamwork with various internal stakeholders to best serve our customers' interests
* Significant fraud risk/credit risk expertise
* 10+ years of experience in direct outside and/or inside sales; communicating with all levels of the buying organization
* Ideal candidate will be located Madrid, Spain.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

* Responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned accounts; identifying key decision makers, influencers, buyers and sponsors
* Lead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessions
* Facilitate both client facing and internal sales meetings, ensuring appropriate resource participation
* Collaborate with Industry Executives and matrix partners to drive adoption of new product opportunities
* Serve as your customer's advocate; deeply understanding their business model and position within the market, and converting this knowledge into successful engagements with TransUnion
* Own the account planning process, and determine the most strategic initiatives and priorities for your customers
* Review usage gaps and expansion opportunities alongside internal stakeholders
* Strong work ethic and a demonstrated track record of retaining and growing a client base
* Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying a need, to developing the solution with a measurable value prop, to closing the deal and seeing it through to implementation.
* Excellent interpersonal, customer relationship management, and organizational skills desired.
* Fluent in negotiating complex agreements and communicating technical concepts.
* Strong face-to-face and virtual presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
* Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, high energy, drive to win, an ability to multitask and work creatively to resolve client issues.
* Ability to champion new ideas, initiate change, think “outside of the box,” and drive innovation.
* Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom, etc)

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree, preferably business related
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably related to fraud prevention, SaaS, ID/Device verification services, IT services, to sectors such as banks, finance, fintech, neobanks, gaming, payments or similar.
* Extensive consulting selling experience with strong ability to identify client’s critical business issues and aligned solutions that solve their problems.
* Ability to communicate business cases and value propositions of solutions.
* Proven sales/business development track record.
* A strong client network is preferred.
* Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external).
* Ability to communicate and present at all levels including senior management.
* Accustomed to negotiating deals with a long closing period.
* Ability to travel up to 25%.
* Languages: Spanish native speaker. Fluent English. Fluent Portuguese highly desirable.
