Design Reviewer

Responsibilities
Review and validate digital creative assets (e.g., banners, social media visuals, infographics) and PowerPoint presentations before delivery.
Ensure all materials strictly adhere to the client brief, brand guidelines, and pharma industry standards.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to designers to improve quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the design team and project coordinator to streamline review processes and meet delivery deadlines.
Act as a final checkpoint for visual and content accuracy, ensuring error‐free outputs.
Maintain documentation of review criteria and contribute to continuous improvement of quality control workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience in reviewing creative work, preferably in advertising, communications, or pharma‐related projects.
Strong eye for detail and understanding of design principles, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Based in Madrid, with availability for on‐site collaboration.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
