Comprehensive analysis of next generation sequencing data (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, metagenomics, etc).Usage of different programming languages (R, Python, etc) and machine learning algorithms to analyse biomedical datasets.Interpret and visualize complex biological data to facilitate the understanding of underlying biological processes.Analysis of -omics data (scRNA-seq, etc) avaiable from public data bases.Optimize, develop and implement pipelines/algotithms for the analysis of sequencing data and other biomedical data.Manage and curate large-scale biological datasets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Required qualificationsBachelor in bioinformatics, Computational Biology or similar.Master´s degree in Bioinformatics.Experience and knowledgeIdeally, previous experience as Bioinformatician in a biomedical research environment.IDIBAPS offersType of contract:
