Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional with direct experience in the casinos or land‑based gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving commercial success while building strong, long‑lasting relationships with operators, merchants, partners, and customers. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management and a passion for delivering high‑quality service across all interactions.

You will serve as a critical link between internal teams and both existing and new gaming merchants/partners, ensuring seamless communication, excellent service delivery, and continuous revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

6. Must have proven experience within the casinos/land‑based gaming industry.

7. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with current operators, merchants, partners, and customers to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

8. Act as the primary connection between internal teams and existing merchants/partners, as well as new business prospects.

9. Actively engage, onboard, and support new merchants, ensuring an efficient and high‑quality onboarding experience.

10. Promote our products and services tailored to the needs of the gaming industry.

11. Work closely with Product teams to identify functionality gaps and new product requirements within the gaming vertical.

12. Maintain, grow, and monitor your pipeline within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑ups and proactive queue management.

13. Oversee the submission of complete and accurate applications for new merchants.

14. Serve as the liaison between Partners/Merchants and internal departments to ensure consistent communication and smooth operations.

15. Participate in Gaming team projects that align with Sales objectives and contribute to overall Sales targets.

16. Attend gaming-related trade shows and webinars to represent and promote Light & Wonder.

Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

17. Fluency in English (additional regional languages are an asset).

18. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.

19. Experience delivering effective product presentations that have driven successful outcomes.

20. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales-based targets (considered an asset).

21. High sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and a positive, resilient attitude.

22. A solution-oriented mindset with strong customer relationship management skills to drive performance, targets, and KPIs.

Qualifications

Work Conditions:

This role will require travel to and from prospective merchants throughout Europe and the US to participate in on-site, offsite and virtual meetings which could result in evening and weekend work.
