brWe are looking for Senior Technical Safety, whose main functions will be:
br
brPreparation and review of deliverables related to Technical Safety/Environmental, as minimum but not limited to such as Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) Management Plans, HSE philosophies/Specifications, studies reviews, HAZOP Management and review, SIL Determination, Hazardous Area Classification, Consequence analysis, BAT/ALARP studies, QRA, FESA, COMAH, Noise Specification, Noise Report Management, Emission Modelling Report, Flare Assessment (distances, emission and radiation), HSE Action Tracking Management, impact and emission calculations and safety equipment specification.
brParticipate in numerous workshop as Technical Safety/Environmental Engineer to advise on technical safety related aspect and concern at HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model Review, HFE Review, Construction HAZID, etc.
brEnsure compliance international and specific country legal requirements
brFacilitate HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Determination, ALARP and ERP Workshop among others.
brPerform radiation and dispersion modeling using Flaresim software (or any similar software) and review the simulations, analyses and utilize.
brReview inter discipline documents.
brMonitoring manhour budget and prepare weekly workplan and update project progress
brEnsure the schedule and deliverables date are meet with a high quality deliverables and action.
brPrepare specification, RFI/RFP and TBE for technical safety items.

brSkills / Qualifications:
br
brBachelor of Engineering in Chemical discipline or equivalent.
brEnglish C1.
brExperience with ADNOC/ARAMCO/QATAR normative.
brPossess between 8-12 years of working experience as Technical safety specialist and demonstrate experience in EPC companies or Engineering Companies.
brSignificant experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities.
brAble to work in a project with minimum supervision.
brA strong background in onshore/offshore facility and brownfield project experience is an advantage.
brMandatory proved Skilled in Physical Effects Modeling and Quantitative Risk Assessment, experience with PHAST, FLARESIM, ALOHA, EFFECTS, EXsilentia software or similar
brEffective communicator who can influence key stakeholders.
brStrong knowledge on the Hazardous area classification, SCE/PS, EERA, FERA and other loss prevention analysis and risk assessment.
brKnowledgeable in technical safety design standard such as NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, IP, ISO, ASME, API, etc. Additional knowledge in Russian Normative is an advantage.
