Inside the Pink's group we are building a new concept around one simple idea:
a hot dog you can turn into a daily ritual.
Perri's is our hot dog brand restaurant and the first to offer a subscription club in Spain. For 4.99€ a month, members can enjoy one hot dog a day for 30 days, turning a small treat into a habit, a community, and a very scalable model.
We are looking for a General Manager who will act as the owner of this venture inside the group. Someone who can take a concept that works, give it direction, and build the path from first locations to hundreds.
This is not a corporate GM role. This is an entrepreneurial role.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the person ultimately responsible for making this venture grow.
You will:
* Own the vision, positioning and roadmap of the concept, together with the founders
* Turn that vision into a clear plan with priorities, numbers and timelines
* Work with operations, finance, legal and brand to open, improve and scale locations
* Design and refine the model so it can expand fast with strong unit economics
* Build and lead the core team around the concept as it grows
* Set up simple systems for quality, training and consistency
* Help shape the franchise or expansion model and execute it
* Track performance, understand the P&L, and adjust quickly when reality changes
You will have support from the group, but this venture will be your responsibility. We will expect outstanding results. We measure output, not input.
WHAT YOU BRING
We care more about mindset and output than a perfect CV.
You likely have:
* Experience building, running or scaling a business, unit or brand in F&B, retail, franchising or consumer
* Real exposure to branding, marketing and operations, not just theory
* Strong understanding of basic business math, unit economics and P&L
* Experience hiring, leading and holding people accountable
* Hands on operations experience
And you are:
* Entrepreneurial at heart, you think like an owner, not like an employee
* A self starter, you move without needing constant direction
* Comfortable working with limited resources, limited time and imperfect information
* Hands on, willing to be close to stores, teams and customers
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
