Key Responsibilities
* On-site supervision: Monitor and control the execution of works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Team and contractor management: Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring proper resource allocation.
* Safety and compliance: Enforce safety procedures and compliance with electrical and environmental regulations.
* Technical and documentation oversight: Review drawings, technical specifications, and progress reports; prepare regular updates.
* Issue resolution: Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and maintain project continuity.
* Client and project liaison: Communicate effectively with the client and project management team to report progress and resolve technical queries.
* Material and logistics control: Supervise material delivery and ensure proper usage on site.
Requirements
* Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In High-voltage Projects.
* Strong knowledge of electrical standards and industrial safety.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Willingness to travel as required.
