It offers cutting-edge additive manufacturing solutions and deep engineering expertise to clients across high-value industries.
Role Summary
As Deputy CEO, you will lead the company’s commercial strategy and growth initiatives. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO (responsible for operations, engineering, and quality), you will be instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence and service portfolio, positioning The Steel Printers as a premier additive manufacturing provider in Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies targeting sectors such as defense, aerospace, space, industrial MRO, and other high-value markets.
• Identify and launch new services and product lines, clearly differentiating between new part production and repair applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners seeking Rank2 capacity.
• Leverage your network to generate leads, secure contracts, and expand the company’s footprint across Europe and beyond.
• Design flexible and scalable supply models tailored to diverse customer needs.
• Lead marketing and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling market presence.
• Gather and synthesize market requirements to guide the evolution of the company’s technology and service offerings.
• Manage a team of six, including embedded engineers and business development staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ArcelorMittal, fostering innovation and using flagship applications as a springboard for external growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and uphold the highest level of health, safety, and environmental practices.
Candidate Profile
• Senior leadership experience in additive manufacturing or adjacent sectors with strong AM potential (e.g., defense, aerospace, MRO).
• Proven ability to activate a professional network to drive business development.
• Strong commercial instincts and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across Europe and internationally.
