Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager (with New Business & Key Accounts apptitudes) to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines new business development and strategic account management responsibilities to drive growth across Superstruct Iberia's portfolio — with a special focus on Sónar Festival, OFF Sónar, Brunch Electronik events and Festival, Hivernacle.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales: Lead partnership growth for Sónar, Brunch Electronik (Centris), and other Iberia festivals by identifying and closing new commercial opportunities; develop a strategic sales plan aligned with revenue goals; build compelling narratives, decks, and sales materials; drive year‐on‐year revenue growth; maintain a robust pipeline and systematic tracking.
Key Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients; manage end‐to‐end delivery of sponsorship activations, renewals, and upsell strategies; collaborate with festival operations, production, marketing and creative teams; supervise activation budgets ensuring profitability and ROI.
Cross‐functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Superstruct teams across Iberia OPCOs; leverage global network tools, data, insights, and best practices; support a client‐first, commercially driven culture while maintaining creative integrity.
Post‐Event & Insights: Oversee post‐event reports and evaluations providing sponsors with data‐driven insights and recommendations; collaborate with the Insights team to measure performance, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.
Tools & Processes: Maintain efficient sales and account management workflows using approved tools (Salesforce, GWI, Nielsen); anticipate risks and promptly address red flags.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or key account management within entertainment, music, media, or sports industries.
Strong knowledge of the Catalonian and Spanish brand and agency landscape with an established network.
Proven ability to drive commercial results through new business and client retention.
Strategic and creative thinker with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus).
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Keynote, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel across festivals and events throughout the season.
