RoleResponsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and able to translate this vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution. He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale. They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the 'go live'. They are known as a reference in the company and even in the market or between the competitors.
ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
Technical Responsibilities
Adapt and prepare the technical environment, advising on the most appropriate products for customer requirements
Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application
Supervise the definition of necessary data structures and application flow diagrams to meet customer requirements
Conduct integrated testing of complex applications
Offer solutions to optimize performance and improve service quality
Apply methodological approaches to problem solving and project management
Advise on pre-sale actions and propose technical solutions
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
Share expertise across clients and teams to optimize service delivery
Disseminate knowledge and contribute to reuse of best practices
Encourage and lead technical education for development team members
Act as a technical reference and provide coaching and mentoring
Team & Service Management
Supervise, manage, and improve team input to ensure service quality
Manage work pools efficiently to optimize service delivery
Anticipate project or support issues and proactively propose alternative solutions
Business & Strategic Impact
Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
Promote adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technology
Ensure profitability of assigned tasks through precise monitoring
Certifications & Expertise
Hold relevant certifications for the role and associated technologies
Maintain expert knowledge of technical environment and industry products.
