We're searching for a hands-on B2B marketing leader with a digital-first mindset and a proven track record in PR, brand building, demand generation, customer marketing and tactical execution that drives results.

The ideal candidate brings marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably in the L&D and HR-tech space, and can translate strategy into scalable growth acrossthe full marketing funnel - from lead acquisition over sales conversion to customer retention.

The Head of Marketing Spain will lead a dynamic, performance-driven, and creative marketing team, working in close alignment with commercial and product stakeholders, as well as the global marketing organization. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the marketing vision of a fast-growing international company committed to helping people thrive in the global workplace.

Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team by fostering a culture of innovation, AI-adoption, curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.

Play an active leadership role within the international marketing team, contributing strategic insights and direction.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention.

Drive strategic alignment by coordinating high-impact marketing planning sessions and ideation workshops to spark new initiatives and support business priorities.

Engage actively in the L&D industry dialogue and lead the gathering of market and competitive intelligence to inform strategic marketing and business decisions.

Foster strong relationships with HR industry influencers and stakeholders through innovative public relations and thought leadership initiatives.

Serve as the internal voice of the customer, contributing to competitive intelligence, buyer persona development, and refinement of the ideal customer profile (ICP).

Serve as the internal expert on customer personas, buying journeys, and decision-making criteria to inform messaging and content strategy across all touchpoints.

Work in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development to deliver impactful content, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement materials.

Partner with the People & Culture team to advance the employer branding strategy.

Drive the strategic use of AI to enhance marketing efficiency and lead the ongoing transformation of our digital marketing landscape.

Design and optimize email marketing campaigns and paid media initiatives (SEM, digital ads) to drive pipeline growth.

Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts and customer marketing.

Manage CRM marketing data integrity to facilitate targeted and effective outreach.

Plan and execute external events, webinars, and digital engagements that elevate brand visibility and audience interaction.

Proven track record in a senior marketing role- such as Marketing Lead or Director - within an international environment.

Strong background in B2B enterprise software marketing;
Proven ability to lead,develop, and scale high-performing marketing teams, including remote and globally distributed members.

Proven hands-on experience in designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong expertise in AI-driven marketing, SEO, B2B social media, web analytics, and SEM.

Skilled in using CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation platforms (e.G., Marketo), project management tools, and digital asset management systems.

Experience applying Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and leveraging analytics tools like Power BI to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Comfortable using video conferencing tools and social collaboration platforms in a remote-first environment.
