Act as astrategic sparring partnerto founders and our holding team.
Your job: bring clarity, simplify complexity, and create momentum.
You will:
Move ventures closer toprofitability and independence
Spot opportunities forgrowth, efficiency, and monetization
Keep culture and customer experience aligned withYOUNG's DNA
Act fast, deliver outcomes (not reports)
Share concise monthly updates with our Founder & CEO (wins, risks, next steps)Engagement:part-time, high-impact.
Work with1–4 ventures, a few hours per week.What you'll find at YOUNG
