Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer - Remote, Málaga
Unisys is seeking a highly skilled IAM Senior Engineer to join our Identity and Access Security team due to our continuous growth. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Delenia PAM, and SecureAuth IDP.
* Configure and maintain Identity Lifecycle Management and SSO integration with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID, O365, Workday HCM, and other enterprise applications.
* Automate IAM processes using scripting languages (PowerShell, VB Script, Shell Scripting) to improve efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
* Implement security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure certificate issuance and revocation.
* Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Extensive experience in IAM engineering and administration.
* Proficiency with SSO, federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
* Good understanding of MS Entra ID, MIM, or other identity management tools like SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt.
* Hands-on experience in designing and configuring identity provisioning and SSO.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, Shell Scripting.
* Strong understanding of security practices and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to Have
* Experience with privileged access management tools like Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
* Knowledge of programming languages like Java, C++, Python, Shell, PowerShell.
